Business & Corporate Headshots

Consistent team headshots, executive portraits and personal branding, shot at your office anywhere in the UK. Edited for LinkedIn, your website and press. From £220.

Headshots that earn their place on your website

I'm Ryan Stanikk, a commercial photographer with 20+ years in design and marketing. A good business headshot does a quiet job very well: it makes someone look approachable and capable at the same time, and it matches everyone else on the team, so your about page reads as one company rather than twelve different phone cameras.

I shoot for that consistency, same lighting, same crop, same finish, whether I photograph the whole team over a morning or add a single new starter six months later. I'm based in Southampton and Hampshire and travel to offices UK-wide. Every frame is composed with a bit of breathing room, so the same shot works as a tight headshot, a LinkedIn portrait, or a wider banner with space for a name and title.

What businesses use these for

Most bookings come down to one of a handful of jobs. If yours is not on the list, it almost certainly still fits.

At your office, or on location

For a team, the easiest option is usually on location. I bring a full lighting setup to your office, set up in a spare corner, and photograph everyone in a steady rhythm so it barely dents the working day. A team of ten is comfortable in a single morning, and new starters can be matched to the same look later. Southampton and Hampshire are on the doorstep, and I travel nationwide for team shoots.

I don't run a fixed studio myself, so most work is shot on location with portable professional lighting, which keeps the results clean and consistent wherever we are. If you specifically want a plain studio backdrop, a studio can be hired for the session and I'm happy to help arrange one. Either way you get the same natural direction, so you are not left standing there guessing.

What a session costs

Individual headshot sessions start at £220. Team and on-location shoots are usually quoted by headcount, since the cost per person drops the more people we photograph in one visit. Local independent businesses and charities get 20% off, and travel beyond Hampshire is added at cost for larger bookings.

Frequently asked questions

How much do corporate headshots cost?
Individual headshot sessions start at £220. Team and on-location shoots are usually quoted by headcount, because the cost per person drops the more people we photograph in one visit. Local independent businesses and charities get 20% off, and travel beyond Hampshire is added at cost for larger team bookings. Do you travel to our office for team headshots?
Yes. On-location team headshots are the most popular option. I am based in Southampton and Hampshire and travel to offices across the UK. I bring a full professional lighting setup, set up a small corner, and photograph everyone in a steady rhythm so it barely dents the working day. A team of ten is comfortable in a morning.
Do you have a studio?
I shoot on location rather than from a fixed studio, usually at your office or a chosen setting, bringing portable professional lighting so the results are still clean and consistent. If you specifically want a plain studio backdrop, a studio can be hired for the session and I can help arrange one.
Where are you based and how far do you travel?
I am based in Southampton and cover Hampshire and the south as standard, and I travel nationwide for team and corporate shoots, including London and further afield. For a single headshot a chosen location or a hired studio works well; for a team it is almost always easier for me to come to you.
How long does a business headshot session take?
An individual session runs about 30 to 45 minutes, which is plenty of time to relax and get a set of frames to choose from. For teams, allow roughly five to ten minutes per person once the lighting is set up, so a full team moves through quickly.
How many photos do I get and how soon?
You see a gallery of the best frames to choose from, and your final edited headshots are delivered digitally at full resolution shortly after the shoot. If someone needs a couple of images quickly for a bio or an announcement, those can be turned around first.
What should I wear for a professional headshot?
Wear what you would wear to meet an important client. Solid colours photograph better than busy patterns, and it helps to bring a couple of options so we can pick what reads best on camera. For teams, a light dress guide keeps everyone looking like one company without being a uniform.
Can you match our existing team headshots?
Yes. If you already have a set of team headshots, I can match the lighting, crop and background so a new starter blends straight in rather than standing out as the odd one. Consistency across the whole team is the main thing a good business headshot set gets right.
Do you shoot headshots for LinkedIn and personal branding?
Yes. Every frame is composed with a little breathing room, so the same shot works as a tight LinkedIn headshot or a wider personal-branding image with space for text. Personal branding sessions can also move around a location for a set with more range than a single headshot.
Do you photograph professions beyond office businesses?
Yes. As well as offices and professional firms, I photograph healthcare and clinical staff, hospitality teams, tradespeople and anyone who needs to look the part for their profession. The approach is the same: natural direction and lighting that flatters, wherever you work.
