Films for restaurants, hotels, brands and events, shot and edited by me. Restaurant and menu films, corporate event filming, documentary interviews and vertical edits for social. I grade them to sit alongside my photography, so a website's header film and its menu photos look like they came from the same place. Based in Southampton, filming across Hampshire, London and the UK.
Chef Kamal, Padharo
Restaurant films
Header films and Instagram reels for Southampton restaurants. They start muted; the speaker button turns the sound on where a film has a soundtrack.
What I film
- Restaurant and menu films
- Dishes, the kitchen and service, cut for a website header, a new menu or a booking page.
- Documentary interviews
- The people behind a business telling the story in their own words, like the Chef Kamal film above.
- Documentary lifestyle
- Unscripted footage of people in a real place, using a venue or a product, filmed the way I shoot lifestyle photography.
- Event films
- Corporate events, launches, awards dinners, conferences and parties, filmed on the night and edited into a short highlights film for your website and social channels.
- Vertical edits for social
- Cut for Instagram and TikTok from the same footage as the main film. These are filmed properly and graded, not phone-style trend reels.
- Clips on a photo shoot
- Short clips filmed between the stills on a photo shoot, handed over unedited for your own team to cut.

Interview films start at the half day, because the interview and the footage around it need that long. Event highlights follow the same shoot lengths. Travel is confirmed in the quote, and photography prices are on the pricing page.
Video shoots and photo shoots
A proper film and a photo shoot need different kit, with the camera on a gimbal for the moving shots, so I book them as separate shoots. On a video shoot I'll usually take a few stills where the light's right, as a bonus rather than a full photo set.
If you're booking photography and want a bit of movement for social, I can film short clips between the stills and hand them over unedited for your own team to cut. That's the lighter option and it fits round the photography.
Whichever way you book, I grade the footage myself to match my photography. That matters more than people expect: a header film that's warmer or flatter than the photos underneath it makes a website feel stitched together. You can see the photography for food and drink and events in the portfolio.
