What I cover

Conferences and AGMs. The speakers, the room from the back and the sides, delegates in the sessions and the conversations in the breaks. On a full day I work from your running order, so every speaker on the agenda gets photographed, including the ones after lunch.

Awards dinners and Christmas parties. The room and the tables before everyone sits down, the speeches, each winner going up to collect, the group shots, and the candid ones once the night gets going. Two hours usually covers arrivals, speeches and awards.

Networking evenings and launches. I've photographed networking events at 15 different venues around Southampton, including City Networking at Showcase Cinemas. These are mostly people talking in small groups, so I keep moving and shoot candidly, with a few posed photos for anyone who wants one.

Team and group photos on the day. At VTCT's staff conference I photographed 17 teams in front of the conference banner between sessions. Lit individual headshots are a separate session, quoted by headcount and allowing five to ten minutes a person: see business headshots.

These are the standard rates. Businesses that trade nationally pay the national rate (£385, £580 and £965), and local independents and charities within about 30 miles of Southampton get 20% off (£220, £330 and £550). London has its own rate, and a distance rate applies beyond about 25 miles, with travel confirmed in the quote. The quote calculator works out which applies.

VTCT staff conference and awards

VTCT booked a full day at the Harbour Hotel in Ocean Village for their staff conference, which finished with the staff awards. The photos were for their internal and external marketing, so I covered the presentations, the group work and the networking, then the 17 team photos, each winner collecting their trophy or certificate, and a group shot of all the winners at the end.

I film events too. A highlights film is booked as its own video shoot, from £495 for two hours with one edited film up to 60 seconds, cut in landscape for your website and vertical for social.

How much does corporate event photography cost?
The standard rates are £275 for two hours, £415 for a half day (3.5 hours) and £690 for a full day (7 hours). Businesses that trade nationally pay £385, £580 and £965, and local independents and charities within about 30 miles of Southampton get 20% off. How quickly do we get the photos?
A selection of key images within 24 hours if you need them for a press release or social media the next day, and the full edited gallery within 7 to 10 working days, or sooner if you need a rush job.
Can we use the photos for marketing and press?
Yes. Every booking includes full commercial use, so you can use the images on your website, social media, press releases, printed material and internal comms.
Do you photograph Christmas parties and awards dinners?
Yes. I cover the speeches, the award presentations, the group shots and the candids. A two-hour booking covers arrivals, speeches and awards; a half day covers most of the night.
Can you photograph our team at the same event?
Group and team photos are part of the event coverage. Individual headshots with proper lighting are a separate session, quoted by headcount, and take about five to ten minutes a person. See business headshots.
Do you cover events outside Southampton?
Yes, across Hampshire, London and the rest of the UK. The standard rates apply within about 25 miles of Southampton; beyond that a distance rate applies and travel is added at cost, confirmed in the quote.
Can you film the event as well?
